Tamara is originally from the Central Coast of California, though she also spent part of her life in Detroit, Michigan. She started working for an attorney right out of high school and earned her paralegal certificate from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
She later graduated with honors from Whitworth University and attended Gonzaga University School of Law. After passing the bar exam, Tamara opened her own firm in Spokane, Washington, focusing on family law. After more than ten years of practice, she joined Quiroga Law Office to use her experience to help immigrants navigate a challenging system to achieve their dreams.
