Outside work, Peter likes to spend time with his wife and three kids. They play board games, try new restaurants, and watch their kids excel in sports and dance. His personal life drives his work. He wants to help immigrant families find the joy, unity, and stability he values.Peter earned his Bachelor s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University, Idaho. He focused on foreign affairs and graduated with honors.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law. He received a Dean’s Honor Scholarship and also graduated with honors.
Peter marked hist time in law school with public service. He volunteered with the Street Law program. He also taught high school students about their constitutional rights.
He also joined the Elder Law clinic. There, he gave free legal advice on estate planning and civil matters to older clients. This foundation shaped his dedication to accessible, client-centered representation in immigration law.Peter started his legal career at Quiroga Law Office, PLLC. He has worked in immigration law for more than four years. As an immigration lawyer in Spokane, he specializes in family petitions, adjustment of status, parole-in-place, and deportation defense.
He has helped clients with USCIS, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and several immigration courts. Additionally, he has won many complex cases.
Before studying law, Peter worked at the Canadian Consulate General in Seattle. There, he learned about cross-border relations and international service. His commitment to helping others has guided every step of his professional journey.In 2021, Peter joined Quiroga Law Office, PLLC. The firm’s goal to help immigrants with care, honesty, and quality, inspired him.

There he was surrounded by a new culture and a different language. This made him want to help people find a better life.
His motivation stayed with him in college and law school. There, he saw the legal challenges immigrants face in the US. This reinforced his professional and personal purpose.
