Peter is originally from the Seattle area and grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science in 2015. During his studies, he interned at the Consulate General of Canada in Seattle, supporting political, trade, and consular tasks.
Later, he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2020, receiving the Dean’s Honor Scholarship. Peter also volunteered with the Street Law Group, teaching constitutional rights in local schools.
