Elaine earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She received the Public Service Grant and was Associate Editor for the Journal of Women and the Law.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics at Bucknell University. She graduated Cum Laude and made the Dean’s List. These academic experiences laid the groundwork for a career grounded in legal ethics, analysis, precision, and social impact.
